“Bishop-Fuller procedures should be followed when defendant requests information protected by statutory privilege for confidential communications between domestic violence counselor and victim; thus, before judge may undertake in camera review of privileged records of such communications, defendant must demonstrate a good faith, specific, and reasonable basis for believing that the records will contain exculpatory evidence that is relevant and material to defendant’s guilt”.
