“Bishop-Fuller procedures should be followed when defendant requests information protected by statutory privilege for confidential communications between domestic violence counselor and victim; thus, before judge may undertake in camera review of privileged records of such communications, defendant must demonstrate a good faith, specific, and reasonable basis for believing that the records will contain exculpatory evidence that is relevant and material to defendant’s guilt”. Com. v. Tripolone 425 Mass. 487, 681 N.E.2d 1216 Mass. ,(1997).
